華為海思面臨OLED 顯示驅(qū)動IC制造產(chǎn)能與測試支持困難

業(yè)內(nèi)消息人士稱，華為海思正加緊開發(fā) OLED 顯示驅(qū)動IC (DDI)，但在獲取40/28nm 工藝制造和封測產(chǎn)能，以及高端芯片測試支持面臨困難。

據(jù)DIGITIMES報道，消息人士稱，由于中美貿(mào)易緊張局勢持續(xù)，中國臺灣代工廠為海思提供產(chǎn)能支持的可能性非常小。盡管海思最初每月可能只需要幾百片的晶圓代工產(chǎn)能。

據(jù)其稱，海思最有可能從中芯國際獲得40/28nm工藝支持，但生產(chǎn)DDI芯片利潤較低，是否會影響中芯國際的整體毛利率仍有待觀察。

此外消息人士強(qiáng)調(diào)，在解決產(chǎn)能問題之前，海思還必須解決高端芯片測試支持的問題。

據(jù)悉，日本愛德萬（Advantest）目前是高端OLED DDI測試設(shè)備的唯一供應(yīng)商，而中國臺灣的DDI測試供應(yīng)商頎邦科技和南茂科技目前主導(dǎo)著絕大多數(shù)除韓國外的IC設(shè)企業(yè)的DDI測試業(yè)務(wù)。

消息人士表示，頎邦和南茂的高端測試產(chǎn)能已經(jīng)無法滿足當(dāng)?shù)氐腄DI供應(yīng)商的需求，包括聯(lián)詠科技，該公司為大多數(shù)中國大陸手機(jī)供應(yīng)商提供DDI、TDDI和OLED DDI芯片，其中也包括榮耀。

因此，頎邦和南茂短期內(nèi)不太可能為海思的OLED DDI提供測試服務(wù)。不過消息人士指出補(bǔ)充說，這兩家公司可能會提高資本支出為海思擴(kuò)大測試設(shè)備產(chǎn)能，因為海思可能會優(yōu)先獲得足夠的代工產(chǎn)能支持。（思坦）
